For Dexter (dx.chakra.gold and the DX Android app), these specific rules also apply: AI processing: • Your conversations and files are sent to model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq and ElevenLabs) strictly to generate the responses you requested; • They are not used for advertising or sold to third parties. Voice: • Microphone audio is transcribed and discarded immediately; we do not store recordings; • Response audio is generated on demand and is not stored on our servers. Content: • Attached documents (e.g. PDF): the original file is discarded after processing; the extracted text stays associated with the conversation until you delete it; • Uploaded or generated images stay in your account until deleted; • Conversations remain available until you delete them; operational backups expire within 14 days. Account deletion: • Request it via contact@chakra.gold; we remove your account, conversations and associated files.
