By accessing and using Chakra services, including Coraline, Dexter, WWgg and ChakraPay, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. Chakra reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; it is the user's responsibility to check for updates periodically.

Chakra offers digital platforms for: • Coraline: Operational and relational platform with CRM, intelligent customer service, a financial system and integrations with WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram. • Dexter: Digital education platform with artificial intelligence for creating courses, assessments and learning support. • WWgg: Advanced social network with forums, wikis, chats and its own communities. • ChakraPay: Transactional layer with integrated checkout, payment links and recurring billing.

To use some of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for: • Providing true, accurate and complete information; • Keeping your access credentials confidential; • Notifying Chakra immediately of any unauthorized use; • All activity carried out on your account. Chakra may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

By using our services, you agree not to: • Violate applicable laws or regulations; • Infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property; • Distribute malware, viruses or malicious code; • Reverse engineer the services; • Use the services for spam, fraud or illegal activities; • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platforms.

All content, design, code, trademarks and materials of Chakra services are the exclusive property of Chakra or its licensors. Use of the services does not grant you any ownership rights over the content or materials made available.

For paid services: • Pricing is always provided on request, through a demo request; • Billing follows the agreed contract; • Taxes and fees may apply under current legislation; • Chakra processes payments through secure gateways such as Mercado Pago, Asaas, Stripe, PagSeguro and PayPal.

Chakra strives to keep its services available 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible. Chakra is not liable for interruptions caused by external factors, such as connectivity issues or cyberattacks.

Chakra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the services. Chakra's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last 12 months.

You may close your account at any time. Chakra may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms or for any reason, with prior notice where applicable. After termination, certain provisions of these terms remain in effect, including intellectual property and limitation of liability.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
